Order processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days — we'll notify you by email if there's a significant delay.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

We're proud to offer free shipping on every order across Pakistan — no minimum purchase required.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and start from the date of shipping, not the date of order.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package to your door.

Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll help track it down.

Damaged or lost packages

KS Shopping Hub Prime Ventures is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can file a claim with the courier on your behalf and arrange a resolution.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible — we'll do our best to update it before it ships.
